What Stoltzfus Meats is known for
Amos and Mary Stoltzfus started selling farm-butchered Pennsylvania Dutch meats at the New Castle Farmer's Market in 1954, and the family still does it from the Intercourse storefront, with Amos' Place café in-house. The scrapple, bologna and sausage keep winning at state and national level.
