Szamos is a Hungarian confectionery house founded by Mátyás Szamos, whose hand-modelled marzipan roses and figures gave the family its start. Its Budapest shops and café sell bonbons, chocolate, dragées and marzipan, alongside sugar- and gluten-free cakes and desserts.
