What Toukazan-gama is known for
Toukazan, the kiln of potters Matsuo Sofu and Yuko, makes Hagi-yaki cups, bowls, plates, and dinner sets across a range of traditional glazes. The workshop pairs hand-throwing with contemporary forms and sells both in its shop and online.
