Vinkeles

Vinkeles is the fine-dining restaurant of The Dylan, a boutique hotel and member of Leading Hotels of the World at Keizersgracht 384 in Amsterdam. The dining room occupies a former 18th-century bakery, seats only nine tables, and holds two Michelin stars as of the 2023 Michelin Guide. Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm previously worked at the restaurant as a sous-chef before returning to lead the kitchen, continuing a style built on premium ingredients and elaborate sauces, while Maitre-Sommelier Natasja Noorlander runs the wine program. Because tables are limited, reservations are difficult to secure. The restaurant is a hospitality and dining destination rather than a retail shop, but it is a real, well-documented, single-location business tied to a specific address.
