What Waffle Factory is known for
Waffle Factory has franchised Belgian waffles since 1999 and now runs more than eighty outlets across Belgium, France, Morocco, Switzerland and the French overseas departments. The Brussels branch sits at Lombardstraat 30 in the city centre. The menu splits between Gaufres de Liege made with pearl sugar and the lighter Gaufres de Bruxelles, alongside a stuffed format called the Waffine. Batter is prepared at the restaurant rather than delivered finished.
