Bohema Vintage

Bohema Vintage started in spring 2021, launched by two Kraków residents, Ela and Magda, as an Instagram-only secondhand clothing project rather than a shop with a storefront. After roughly a year of selling through social media, the pair moved the operation onto a proper e-commerce site, before opening their first physical location in June 2023 on ulica Kalwaryjska in Kraków's Stare Podgórze district, on the right bank of the Vistula opposite the historic center.

The shop's stated purpose is to promote secondhand fashion and more deliberate buying habits, framing each resold garment as diverted from landfill and given continued use rather than treated as disposable. The stock is curated rather than bulk-sourced, spanning outerwear, dresses, denim, leather pieces and accessories selected piece by piece for condition and style.

The founding team changed in early 2025, when Magda chose to pursue a different professional path and stepped back from the business. Bohema Vintage has continued under Ela, now working alongside Tomek, who joined the shop after its founding. The business still runs both its physical Podgórze location and an online store with regular drops of newly sourced pieces.
