What Chocolaterie Hetman is known for
Daniel Skoropad took over this chocolaterie on rue de la Herse in Colmar's Petite Venise in 2007, making molded chocolates and bonbons in pure cocoa butter, some filled with IGP Alsace honey. That honey comes from his own urban hives kept above the shop, one of which won gold at the 2007 regional honey competition.
