What DMC is known for
DMC was founded in Mulhouse in 1746 as a printed-cotton manufacturer; its embroidery floss came later and has been made in the same Mulhouse factory since 1898. That factory still produces the mouliné cotton at the heart of its cross-stitch and needlework range today.
