Why it belongs in ORBIS

Upcycled menswear label reworking vintage pieces, run by Emile, son of designer Nathalie Garcon, from a boutique in the Galerie Vivienne in Paris's 2nd arrondissement. First exhibited at Pitti Uomo's Superstyling section for niche brands in June 2025.

Emile Garcon is an upcycled menswear label built around reworking vintage garments rather than producing from new cloth, run by Emile - son of French designer Nathalie Garcon. The brand operates from a boutique and showroom at 15 Galerie Vivienne, in the arcade in Paris's 2nd arrondissement that also houses his mother's own label. Emile Garcon made its first appearance at Pitti Uomo, the twice-yearly Florence menswear trade fair, in June 2025, shown in the 'Superstyling' section reserved for avant-garde and niche brands, and returned for the June 2026 edition as part of a French-menswear delegation organized by the trade body Promas. Coverage of the boutique notes a customer base drawn substantially from the US and Asia, including New York, California, Japan and Korea.
