Fany Balabram began making chocolates at home in 1983, opening her first Sion shop in 1989 on Rua Pium-i, still the company's base. The chocolaterie is known across Belo Horizonte for its truffles, bonbons and an award-winning chocolate cake, with further counters at Shopping Ponteio and Patio Savassi.
