What Fontenille Pataud is known for
Making high-end knives in Thiers since 1929, Fontenille Pataud helped found the Le Thiers brotherhood in 1993, and pieces from its workshop are held in the Thiers cutlery museum. Its range spans Laguiole, Le Thiers, and gentleman's folding knives in fine handle materials.
