What Fouquet is known for
Founded in Paris in 1852, Louis Fouquet is a five-generation chocolatier-confiseur making chocolates and confectionery in the city. The house is especially known for old-style pralines, fruit palets and meticulously sourced nuts and cacao, and carries France's Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label.
