Groix & Nature is a seafood-preserve producer based on the island of Groix off the Brittany coast, operating for over two decades and holding France's EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) living-heritage label. Its best-documented product is a lobster oil made from blue lobster, grapeseed oil and aromatics, used as a finishing oil for seafood pasta, scallops, raw fish and tartare. Beyond the lobster oil, the company's range covers fish soups, rillettes and other canned seafood preserves made from local Breton resources, produced in small batches on the island without preservatives or additives.
