Proceeds fund Humana People to People's development projects, which the organization describes as covering education, sustainable agriculture, community development and health programs in the Global South as well as in Italy. Its Florence branch, one of the newer additions to the network, opened in November 2022; a Rome location has operated on Via Cavour, near the city's Monti district.
