What La Chocolatière — Tours is known for
Founded in 1983, La Chocolatière is known across Tours for its Pavé de Tours chocolate and Nougat de Tours pastry, sold from its rue de la Scellerie boutique in the city center. The house has since grown into a small regional chain of chocolate and pastry shops around Tours and Le Mans.
