Maison Cléo sells primarily direct through its own website and, per the brand's own reporting, through the Circular Clothing Paris marketplace, and has shown as part of the Paris Fashion Week calendar. In September 2024 the brand publicly teased -- via its own channels and covered independently by French trade press -- the opening of a first atelier-boutique, describing the presentation of its collections "window side" and promising an opening "very soon"; as of the most recent check, no address or firm opening date had been announced, and the brand continues to operate as an online-only house. The atelier-boutique concept, uniting workshop and storefront in one space, would mark Maison Cléo's first step from pure e-commerce into a physical presence, extending its local-production ethos into a space customers can visit rather than only browse online.
