The registry's current description places Perrin's founding in Millau — the town associated with fellow glovemakers Causse and Maison Fabre — but Perrin's own site and independent sources agree the house was founded in Saint-Junien, not Millau. That correction is flagged separately; the two towns are both historic French glovemaking centers but are not the same place, and Perrin's own account of its history does not mention Millau at all.
