What Red Shed Brewing is known for
A New York State farm brewery pouring hazy and double IPAs, Otsego Golden Ale and a Cherry Valley smoked porter across twenty taps at its Cooperstown taproom and Ale House. Since 2018 it has brewed with 80 to 100 percent New York-grown ingredients, above the state farm-brewery threshold.
