What Stohrer is known for
Paris’s oldest pâtisserie, founded in 1730 by Nicolas Stohrer, pastry chef to Marie Leszczyńska. The Dolfi family acquired the house in 2017, and Elizabeth II visited during the 2004 UK state visit to France.
