28 HongKong Street opened in 2011 in Singapore and quickly built a reputation within Asia's cocktail scene, headed by American bartender Logan Demmy. It won the inaugural Asia's 50 Best Bars award and has continued to place highly in subsequent years, and it has appeared on the World's 50 Best Bars list every year since 2012. In 2014 it was named Best International Cocktail Bar at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards in New Orleans. Current listings show it operating Monday-Thursday 6pm-2am and Friday-Saturday 6pm-3am, closed Sundays.
