What Dragées Braquier is known for
Braquier hand-makes dragées, chocolates, and confections at its historic Coulmier factory in Verdun, the city whose sugared-almond craft the house traces to 1220. Sicilian Avola almonds go under the sugar coat, and the factory has recently begun making its own chocolate on-site from Madagascar cacao.
