Rogers' Chocolates has made gourmet chocolates in Victoria since founder Charles 'Candy' Rogers began selling them from the back of his grocery store in 1885, later moving to the heritage Government Street storefront the company still occupies. Victoria Creams, truffles, and Canadian art tins are sold both in-store and through its online shop.
