Chef Travis Lett and Fran Camaj opened Gjusta in Venice in 2014 as a bakery-deli-market extension of Lett's Gjelina Group, which he founded with the 2008 restaurant Gjelina. The Sunset Avenue outpost bakes bread and pastries alongside house-cured and smoked fish.
