What Klainguti is known for
The Swiss-origin Klainguti family opened this pastry shop in 1828, and it still makes Genoese specialties such as the Falstaff brioche, Portantur zabaione pastries, Gobelletti jam tarts and the Torta Zena. The historic Piazza Soziglia premises were restored and reopened after a recent renovation.
