The company keeps its founders' names out of its own marketing entirely, answering the question with a flat "that's a secret," which is itself part of the tone: three decades of daily roasting for one Vermont city, without building a personality-driven brand around who started it. Wholesale runs alongside the retail side, offered as both bulk whole bean and single-use fraction packs for offices and other accounts.
