What Schirinzi is known for
Schirinzi has pressed olive oil in the Salento outside Lecce since 1963, milling native cultivars into the extra-virgin oil sold from its own frantoio and shipped abroad. The family operation still frames its work around the harvest calendar rather than year-round industrial output.
