A village bakery-pâtisserie serving Château-d'Œx with breads, viennoiserie and regional sweet specialities baked on the premises. It operates as an independent Pays-d'Enhaut house rather than a supermarket counter.
An arts and antiques gallery opened in 2022, dealing in nineteenth-century alpine paintings and engravings, period furniture, hand-painted Swiss boxes and old silver and glass. It also carries contemporary papercuts by the celebrated local artist Anne Rosat, a living link to the Pays-d'Enhaut découpage tradition.
A working demonstration dairy and restaurant on Route de la Gare where visitors watch its organic 'Le Chalet Bio' cheese made over a wood fire in the alpine-chalet manner. The on-site shop sells that cheese along with other Pays-d'Enhaut products.
